Student fundraising

Welcome to the  ASN Student Fundraising Hub. Find out how to be come an ASN Student Ambassador, find links to our student fundraising campaigns, social media, and download toolkits for effective fundraising.

What do we do on the student fundraising team?

The ASN Student Fundraising team aims to support to pro-choice advocacy on university campuses across the U.K. and ensure students are well-informed on issues surrounding abortion reform and the struggle for reproductive justice worldwide.

We work alongside student feminist societies, women’s officers and students’ unions to co-ordinate events and fundraisers in support of ASN. The money we raise goes directly towards supporting individuals forced to travel for abortion care from Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Malta and Gibraltar

How can I get involved?

ASN Student Ambassadors

We are currently looking to expand our student network and recruit students from universities across the U.K. to form part of our new ASN Student Ambassadors network in the 2019-20 academic year. As an ASN Ambassador you’ll be responsible for coordinating fundraising events on campus and promoting the vital work that ASN does to the student body. You’ll be able to identify opportunities for fundraising on campus and actively encourage students to run their own fundraising events, helping them along the way.

Download more info about the Ambassadors Role, and email [email protected] telling us a bit about yourself.

Alternatively…

If the ambassador role doesn’t seem right for you, or you’re just interested in doing some fundraising for ASN with your students union, feminist society or RAG week, then we’d also love to hear from you! Get in touch with us at [email protected] and we can point you in the direction of materials and resources. Download our ASN Student Fundraising Toolkit for some great ideas!
