Do you want to join the fight for abortion rights and ensure that people have access to the abortion care they need?
Abortion Support Network is a largely volunteer-run charity that helps people living in European countries with restrictive abortion provision to access safe abortions in clinics abroad. ASN provides practical information, support, funding, travel and accommodation. We have a two exciting opportunities for a Senior Helpline Coordinator and a Digital Projects Officer to join our small but growing team.

Senior Helpline Coordinator
£27k-30k plus £3k London weighting (if applicable). Full-time, 1 year fixed term contract with possible extension.

The Senior Helpline Coordinator (Accommodation & Translation) will be part of a small staff team supporting over 40 volunteers to deliver ASN’s frontline service – our helpline. The helpline is contacted by over 1000 people a year and is the link between pregnant people across Europe and the funding and information that can help them access a safe and legal abortion.
This role will work closely with ASN’s Service Manager and Senior Helpline Coordinator (Phoner Team) to ensure the smooth running of the helpline, and will have a particular focus on supporting our accommodation team and our translation team.

Digital Projects Officer
£30k-£32k FTE plus £3k London weighting (if applicable). Full-time or part-time considered. 1 year fixed term contract with possible extension.

The Digital Projects Officer will support ASN’s fundraising, communications, and wider work of the organisation to help us reach even more people. This is a new role which will take the lead on various projects to improve, streamline, and strengthen our digital systems and services.
You will need to be well-organised and methodical, a good communicator with a collaborative approach and an understanding of what it’s like to work as part of a small team.
