ASN’s supporters have funded safe abortion care for 6 people every week in 2025.
In 2025 so far:
- Someone accessed information on safe abortion every 2 hours that the helpline was open
- ASN supported 1 person from Ireland every day, and someone from Poland every 5 hours
- Calls to ASN’s helpline are up 20% (1,050 between January and October compared to 1,008 in all of 2025)
ASN’s supporters have made it possible for more than 3,000 to access a safe abortion by funding the costs for them to travel for care in another country. So far in 2025, this support has funded 6 people every week to travel for safe abortion care.
About Abortion Support Network
ASN is Europe’s first abortion fund, founded in 2009 to help people who need an abortion but can’t access one where they live.
Abortion is restricted in some way in every country in Europe. Our volunteers support people to travel to another country for a safe abortion, and our network of supporters funds the costs for those who need it. Every 2 hours, ASN supports someone in Europe to access an abortion.
